Personal Message from Sam

There are specific parts of my life that are very important to me such as family and schooling.  Baseball is also in this category.  Baseball is a sport that I take great pride in being able to play.  I love all aspects of it: my team, the competitiveness, and the overall concept of the game.

Family Background

Family is extremely important to me.  Without my family I wouldn't be where I am today.  My younger sister Tate and I spend time between my Mom and my Dad's households.

Academic Information

Sam is currently in the 12th Grade at Belmont Senior Secondary in Victoria, British Columbia.  He also attended the Canadian Sport School (Pacific) for his Grade 10 and 11 years. The program at the Canadian Sport School allows for exceptional athletes to attend part days at their facility under the guidance of both athletic trainers and teachers, and part days at their normal High School.

Sam decided to take more academic courses for Grade 12 and therefore is not attending the Canadian Sport School this year.

Career and Future Aspirations

My first and foremost goal is to play baseball at the highest level I possibly can.  Since I was young, I've wanted to be a professional baseball player.
